Sei — a new infrastructure for the financial systems of the future

The DEX module
Sei developers have created a new Dex module that allows smart contracts to use the basic order matching mechanism for a quick start and setup of new trading tools.

Thanks to a special blockchain infrastructure created using the Cosmos SDK, Sei is optimized for the operation of decentralized exchanges (DEX).

Tendermint. Thanks to the use of Tendermint technology, the completion of transactions takes only 600 ms.

Protection against advanced attacks:
Thanks to the complete redesign of Sei, significant improvements have been made to the processing of transactions and the work of the mempool in order to protect traders from outstripping attacks.
Instead of executing transactions one after another (as happens in Ethereum or Solana), Sei can combine all orders together at the end of the block, which guarantees equal price conditions for all traders.
Unique features:
Native price oracles. Thanks to the built-in blockchain oracles, decentralized applications (dApps) receive reliable information without using third-party tools.
Combining orders. To minimize gas costs, updating several markets simultaneously is combined into one transaction.
